I'm totally fine with the vision hijacking and interacting in general! Leo seems like someone Ilda could get along with, or at least there'll be interesting exchanges.

I'm cool with the sensing, too. But Ilda doesn't know anything about it - that to the sensing types she has some sort of aura around her (faint, but it's there) or that she actually has some persuasion ability (permissions here). She's human, was raised normally, grew up with other non-magic types. But in her world magic can be "bestowed" and somehow, sometime in the past, an ancestor got hold of some power when he/she shouldn't have and passed a form of it on.
